| 中文描述 | 英格蘭和威爾斯主要的一種疾病，但也發生在其他國家，包括美國，感染綿羊在暫時少食量後會回復大食量。由丙型梭狀芽胞桿菌屬之產氣莢膜桿菌引起，由細菌引起的敗血症和毒血症所致。由細菌培養和發現小腸中的β毒素診斷。暴斃常是唯一的症狀。 |

| 英文描述 | Mainly a disease of England and Wales, but has occured in other countries, including the U.S. where it affects sheep returned to high feed levels after being held with little feed temporarily. Caused by CLOSTRIDIUM PERFRINGENS type C, and is due to septicemia and toxemia due to that organism. Dx by culture and finding the beta toxin in the small intestine. Sudden death often the only sign. |
